Holding Village is a 257-acre master planned community located in idyllic Wake Forest, North Carolina, approximately 18 miles northeast of Raleigh. The community is planned around the pristine 15-acre Holding Lake and at full build out will have up to 1,350 residential units, including single-family homes, townhomes and multi-family units. Holding Village is patterned after a traditional neighborhood design and is currently in its final phase of construction.
The first phase required significant restoration of the dam and lake. Homes in the first phase were built by Ashton Woods Homes, John Wieland Homes and Drees Homes and are sold out.
As the community expanded, Pulte Homes, Tri Pointe Homes, Toll Brothers, and Garman Homes were introduced. All have been sold out except for the Townhomes by Tri Pointe Homes, which are currently available.
