Public can tour model homes in Wake Forest community
Wake Forest, N.C., June 5, 2018 – Holding Village has begun sales on a group of new floorplans developed by Ashton Woods and John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods at the Wake Forest community, where the homebuilders also have several move-in ready inventory homes available this summer.
Ashton Woods will be featuring a selection of four of their most popular Triangle area home designs. These larger Manor-style homes will be offered at Holding Village in addition to the builder’s well-received Coastal Collection. The Manor Collection features a variety of home designs ranging from 2,900 square feet to more than 6,000 square feet, including four to eight bedrooms and between two and a half to eight bathrooms. Homeowners can choose from a selection of upgrades such as coffered and tray ceilings, screened decks and diverse layout options for kitchens and bathrooms. All new Manor homes include two-car garages and downstairs guest suites. Starting prices range from $379,990 to $414,990 depending on the design.
Ashton Woods’ new Hudson model will also open later this summer in the Holding Village model court. With 2,635 square feet, five bedrooms and three and a half baths, it features a spacious, open design, including a new kitchen layout complete with sage green kitchen cabinets. Other highlights of this award-winning home design include a private first-floor guest suite, a second-floor bonus room and a third-floor entertainment area.
In addition, John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods recently introduced two new, spacious models at Holding Village called The Continental and The Stonebrook. The Continental is a 2,869-square-foot option with four bedrooms, two and a half baths and a two-car garage starting at $325,900. Its versatile, two-story design is well suited for those who prefer entertaining across open spaces. Meanwhile, The Stonebrook is a 2,744-square-foot option with four bedrooms, two and a half baths and a two-car garage starting at $320,900. The Stonebrook’s open layout includes a luxurious first-floor owner’s suite, gourmet kitchen and spacious upstairs loft. John Wieland’s Smart Home feature also gives homeowners the flexibility to make their dwellings as smart as they want, from heating and cooling managed by smartphones to garage doors and locks that can be controlled and monitored from thousands of miles away.
“We are thrilled to share these beautiful homes with the public,” said Kimberly Locher, vice president of Reader Communities, the developer of Holding Village. “As families seek out a new place to call home this summer, we know they will love all of our luxury features and family-friendly amenities.”
Holding Village boasts exceptional outdoor-oriented community amenities such as Somerset Pavilion, which includes a free-form pool and 13-acre community lake for recreation and relaxation. The community also offers 35 acres of green space encompassing five parks and a playground, picnic tables, natural play area and fire pit. Holding Village is designed with more than three miles of walking trails that will connect to the Wake Forest Greenway System.
